Invu attended two major events in the accounting calendar last week. The annual ICAEW Practice Conference on 6th October took place in London. 100 delegates attended for a full programme of key speakers focusing on advice and new initiatives to ensure accountancy practices are fully prepared for the challenges and opportunities that they face in 2010. Invu and Scanworx delivered a strong presentation to 60 participants to show practices how document management can help reduce overheads and service clients more effectively.
The IRIS World 2009 events are an important forum for Invu this year. Invu are Gold Sponsor’s and are delivering a presentation at each event to showcase the capability of Invu for Accountants as a fundamental document management tool for all practices. The first event last week was a sell out with approximately 250 visitors coming along.
At both events Tea for Two at the Ritz was up for grabs as a prize. We are pleased to announce that Matthew Roberts from Kirby & Haslam (pictured above)m was our winner at the ICAEW conference and Sarah Gibson from Gary Sergeant & Co at the London IRIS event. Congratulations to both.
